Responsibilities - Ensures the forecasts incorporate new distributed energy resource (including energy efficiency, demand response) forecasts, and policies. - Drives key studies to determine the financial and operational impact of changes in company assets or the business environment. - Delivers applied economic analysis and reporting on overall market performance and efficiency, the impact of proposed revisions to market rules, and market participant behavior. - Participates in the design of the framework to identify and quantify consumer detriment in relation to pricing. - Uses benchmarking model to identify examples of disproportionate pricing and how we can address them. Suggests appropriate options for preventing or resolving potential market design problems, inefficiencies, gaming, market manipulation or non-compliance with market rules. - Collaborates with internal stakeholders regarding forecast methodology and analysis and ensures our deliverables meet their needs. - Assesses the viability of new investments and the attractiveness to investors; conducts economic analyses of alternative approaches to energy and/or environmental policies. - Sets up and executes in-house software and prediction tools to translate the long-term resource into energy production for a wide variety of equipment configurations. - Collaborates with forecasters to understand how load and price forecasts can be improved to meet new challenges. - A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. Who you are: The Admissions Advisor will support the Institutional Relations team by serving as the first point of contact for students applying to CIEE's university study and intern abroad programs. Successful candidates will be responsible for serving as an expert for a portfolio of institutions by advising students regarding program options and the application process. You will work closely with Managers of Institutional Relations and other Admissions Advisors. Paramount to student outreach is a focus on providing outstanding service and creative problem-solving to prospective students. What you'll do: - Serve as an admissions expert for students, advising them on appropriate programs based on their studies and interests. - Manage a large volume of emails, texts, and outbound calls, address questions, solve problems, and/or direct people to the appropriate CIEE team member. Respond to inbound inquiries within a 24-hour response time. - Schedule prompt follow-up with prospective students to provide support and determine the level of commitment, and execute strategies to inform students about CIEE programs at all phases of the inquiry and application process. - Work with Institutional Relations managers to provide support directly to partner institutions and develop strategies to better serve their students. Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets (i.e., completed applications and conversion of those applications) set by leadership. - Support on-campus student engagement opportunities as directed by your Manager. - Attend training sessions to stay updated on product and/or company updates. - Upsell/cross-sell of products and services when opportunity arises (e.g., internships). - Document call information and input data into the company CRM to keep customer records updated. What you'll bring: - Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years' experience in sales and/or a customer service-oriented field required. - Study abroad experiences strongly preferred. - Must have a high "emotional quotient" (EQ); be approachable, friendly, and able to exude empathy, control in all communications. - High aptitude for attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, strong written and oral communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills, and ability to multitask. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Role Description Wipfli is seeking a Tier 2 Sage Intacct Client Experience Specialist to play a critical role in delivering proactive, consultative support to our Sage Intacct clients. This individual will serve as a trusted problem-solver for complex issues, help identify patterns and risks across the client base, and actively elevate the effectiveness of our support organization. This role will eventually align to a primary Wipfli industry, preferably Construction & Real Estate (CRE). While the specialist will assist with support coverage across industries (including NGE, Healthcare, and others), they will take ownership of CRE from a Client Success perspective, serving as a key point of accountability for industry-specific insights, trends, and best practices. The right candidate is naturally curious, highly proactive, confident in client-facing conversations, and comfortable mentoring others while navigating ambiguity.
