KEYPLAYER

• Jointly responsible for building and expanding the Machinery & Plant Engineering segment • Develop innovative ideas and strategies to achieve growth targets • Conduct structured, targeted, and professional acquisition of new clients for filling key positions • Develop strategies based on market observation to optimally exploit potential • Manage existing clients and continuously expand collaboration at management level • Lead placement processes for (inter)national mandates • Conduct focused interviews with managers • Serve as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER and impress clients by filling high-caliber positions • Responsible for expanding the adviser board for the segment

Job Requirements

  • At least five to ten years of professional experience in recruitment consulting (interim and/or executive search) with a focus on Machinery & Plant Engineering
  • Possibly operational experience from industry or from a consultancy specialized in this segment
  • Ideally recognized as a top manager, well connected, with a personal affinity for sales and business development
  • Strategic vision for growing clients and the business development segment
  • Structured, conscientious working style and entrepreneurial mindset

Job Description The Program Director is a senior delivery leader operating as an individual contributor, accountable for orchestrating and enabling the successful execution of large-scale, complex programs-often spanning multiple projects, geographies, and business units. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. - 15+ years of progressive experience in professional services, program management, or equivalent roles within large, complex consulting organizations. - Extensive experience with SaaS platforms and organizations, especially ServiceNow, including relevant product trainings - Ability to articulate a compelling Platform Story and the business challenges ServiceNow can address, familiarity with ServiceNow product configuration is a plus. - Demonstrated success in providing oversight for multi-million-dollar, multi-project programs for strategic accounts. - Demonstrated expertise in enabling customers to adopt and integrate AI and automation solutions, as well as utilizing these technologies to optimize internal program delivery processes and inform strategic decision-making. - Extensive experience in supporting customers through business transformations (OCM) and guiding them through high-level organizational change elements while driving technical transformation. - Strong financial acumen, with experience in program budgeting, forecasting, and value realization. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills. - Project Management certification (PMI - PgMP (Program Management Professional), MSP (Managing Successful Programs), or equivalent) and Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience is a plus. - Ability to travel as required (up to 50%).
