Job Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in product management, management consulting, or strategy & operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale initiatives involving problem framing, quantitative analysis, and business execution
- 2+ years of dedicated experience in strategy & operations within a technology company (preferred)
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership across diverse functions
- Experience building and leading virtual or cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced, and innovative environment

Role Description Under the direction of the Director EHS, the EHS Regional Manager will support the business Segment by driving and supporting Enterprise and Segment-wide EHS programs, policies, standards and directives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education credentials in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, a relevant technical or engineering discipline. - A minimum of 7-10 years of increasing EHS responsibility including leadership experience. - Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrix organization. - Detail oriented, compliance minded, ability to manage a number of disparate projects simultaneously and effective communication are essential skills for this position. - Basic proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
