Sales Executive, Retail

World Kinect

• Own a territory and meet/exceed new business growth targets across fuel cards, delivered fuel, and lubricants (B2B) • Run the full sales cycle: prospect, cold call, qualify, demo, propose, negotiate, close, and transition to onboarding • Generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and in‑field account visits , alongside managing and growing your existing book of business. • Grow relationships with customers from local businesses to large enterprises; become the trusted point of contact • Analyze customer data, revenue trends, and competitor insights to spot pricing and cost‑saving opportunities • Partner cross‑functionally with Credit, Billing, Account Management, and Customer Service to ensure smooth onboarding • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy; submit weekly recaps on wins, challenges, and competitive intel • Travel locally throughout Arizona with up to 30% overnight travel

Job Requirements

  • 1–5 years of sales experience (outside/field sales strongly preferred)
  • Self‑motivated, high‑activity, and energized by prospecting + relationship building
  • Confident communicator who can influence decisions with clear, data‑driven insights
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Professional presence, strong follow‑through, and a customer‑first mindset
  • Comfortable selling to small businesses and large corporate customers alike
  • Bonus backgrounds that translate well (not required): Retail sales with quotas, logistics/distribution, industrial/B2B field sales, adjacent oil & gas marketers.
