Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

MLabs

Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter Location: US based candidates are the preference / Would consider Europe if they have some overlap with EST Compensation: $150K - $200K We help enterprises transform fragmented data into governed, high-confidence intelligence without sacrificing control. By bringing compute to the data through a private data lakehouse and a secure contextual AI framework, we enable organizations to audit, verify, and monetize their most valuable assets. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you aren’t just "filling roles"—you are the architect of our human capital. We are building at the complex intersection of AI, blockchain, and enterprise infrastructure. Finding the top 1% of talent who can navigate this space requires more than a standard search; it requires deep discovery, technical empathy, and a "product mindset" toward recruiting. You will partner directly with leadership to build a world-class engineering and go-to-market engine from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: - Talent Discovery: Partner with Engineering and Product leads to translate ambiguous growth needs into sharp technical personas and calibrated job descriptions. - Pipeline Architecture: Source and engage passive candidates from top-tier environments, including AI labs, infrastructure startups, and crypto-native teams. - Process Governance: Standardize interview loops, scoring rubrics, and feedback mechanisms to ensure hiring is equitable, verifiable, and data-driven. - Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate receives clear communication and timely feedback, reflecting our mission of transparency. - Strategic Closing: Work with leadership on headcount planning and offer negotiation strategies to close high-stakes candidates in a competitive market. - Data-Driven Optimization: Use pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and suggest "product fixes" for the hiring funnel.

Job Requirements

  • We are looking for a systems-thinker who treats recruiting as a funnel that can be optimized with better data and clearer requirements.
  • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within high-growth technical environments (AI, Infrastructure, SaaS, or Crypto).
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to speak confidently about LLMs, data engineering, and distributed systems. You understand the technical trade-offs candidates have made in their careers.
  • Sourcing Excellence: A proven "hit rate" with passive candidates and the ability to craft outreach that cuts through the noise.
  • Communication: Strong written skills for crafting compelling candidate summaries and internal documentation that helps hiring managers make principled decisions.
  • Adaptability: Comfort operating in high ambiguity where priorities shift as the company scales toward product-market fit.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience recruiting for niche roles such as Cryptographers, ML Researchers, or Sovereign Cloud Architects.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting stacks (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem) and using data to predict hiring timelines.
  • Exposure to decentralized or open-source ecosystems and non-traditional talent communities.

Benefits

  • Impact: Shape the frontier of AI and blockchain infrastructure by hand-selecting the team that builds it.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus meaningful equity/token warrants.
  • Flexibility: Remote-first work environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Team Culture: Work alongside a sharp, mission-driven team backed by top-tier technical leadership and investors.
  • Comprehensive Package: Full benefits suite and the opportunity to innovate how we grow our most important asset: our people.
  • Due to the high volume of applications we anticipate, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback to all candidates. If you do not hear back from us within 4 weeks of your application, please assume that you have not been successful on this occasion. We genuinely appreciate your interest and wish you the best in your job search.
  • Commitment to Equality and Accessibility:
  • At MLabs, we are committed to offer equal opportunities to all candidates. We ensure no discrimination, accessible job adverts, and providing information in accessible formats. Our goal is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace with equal opportunities for all. If you need any reasonable adjustments during any part of the hiring process or you would like to see the job-advert in an accessible format please let us know at the earliest opportunity by emailing human-resources@mlabs.city.

This information is managed securely in accordance with MLabs Ltd’s Privacy Policy and Information Security Policy, and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
