Windchill Integration Engineer

• Design and develop integrations between Windchill and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud) using Info*Engine, web services, and middleware platforms • Build CAD integrations for Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, and NX with Windchill, including check-in/check-out workflows and metadata mapping • Develop integrations between Windchill and MES, MOM, and quality systems • Build REST and SOAP services for Windchill data using OData, Info*Engine, or custom Java services • Implement message-based and event-driven integrations using middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, SAP CPI) • Design and operate robust error-handling, alerting, and resubmission patterns • Profile and optimize performance of high-volume integrations • Lead migration efforts to retire legacy point-to-point integrations • Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and CAD functional teams • Develop integration documentation, message specifications, and runbooks • Provide hands-on post-go-live and hypercare support • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Five or more years of PLM integration experience with a strong focus on Windchill
  • Hands-on experience with Info*Engine and Windchill Java API
  • Experience designing PLM-to-ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle)
  • Working knowledge of CAD integration patterns
  • Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, or SAP CPI
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Windchill data model
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services
  • Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
