Enterprise Data & Analytics Scrum Master

• Responsible for leading, defining, and delivering data & analytics products throughout the Bank • Managing our data & analytics product delivery roadmap and backlog of issues • Executing agile data product management processes and procedures • Works closely with Data Product Leads, BU Spoke Leads (Product Owners), and Architects to ensure alignment with business expectations while optimizing data product delivery and maintenance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology management discipline or equivalent project / agile management experience required
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in AGILE work management and 3 years in data and analytics required
  • Acquired certifications with preference towards the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial and/or banking industry preferred
  • Extensive experience with Cloud-based project / agile management tools such as Jira Software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines to completion in a timely manner with quality results
  • Consistently demonstrates flexibility, resourcefulness and ability to work as a team in complex environments (e.g. ambiguous, fast-moving, multiple concurrent activities with short-term deadlines and changing priorities) using a forward-looking, holistic approach
  • Effective skills in conflict resolution
  • Able to set clear expectations and provide great customer service
