Role Description We are hiring an experienced Candidate Sourcer to support US-based recruiting in logistics, freight forwarding, and SaaS logistics companies. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role focused on sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement. - Source candidates using LinkedIn, Apollo, ContactOut, and similar tools - Conduct 10–15 phone/Zoom interviews daily - Cold call candidates to introduce opportunities and qualify interest - Build and maintain strong candidate relationships - Manage pipelines, scheduling, and follow-ups - Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS Qualifications - Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or admin support - Fluent English (spoken + written) – must be comfortable on calls - Confident with cold calling and candidate outreach - Professional and active LinkedIn profile required - Strong communication and organizational skills - Comfortable on Zoom/video interviews - Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable - Full-time availability (US hours required, occasional weekends) Requirements - Fully remote.
