• Respond to RFI/RFPs and other deliverables to support the sales process • Maintain RFP response database and ensure it is populated with latest high-quality responses • Liaise with members of the Sales, Sales Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Product Development teams • Provide administrative support to sales team leveraging primarily the Salesforce.com platform
Job Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience completing proposal submissions and/or bid documents
- 4-7 years of experience in sales or field operations a plus
- Prior experience with a technology or SaaS Software company preferred
- High level understanding of internet hosted applications, highly available architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking
- Experience interfacing with business and technical teams
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities
- Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs
- Familiarity with proposal management tools like RFPIO/Responsive .

• Support the Vice President of BD Operations in the development and delivery of high-quality, compliant, and compelling government proposals • Manage and coordinate the efforts of proposal teams, including Volume Leads, writers, graphic artists, copy editors, and teaming partners • Support Capture Managers in executing Win Strategies in proposals • Manage day-to-day proposal activities and lead proposal stand-up meetings • Develop and manage proposal schedules • Analyze solicitations for deadlines, requirements, forms, etc. • Develop compliant proposal outlines and annotated writing templates • Facilitate storyboarding with Volume Leads and Section Leads • Lead proposal color team reviews • Provide writing and copy-editing support for the proposal, as needed • Manage final production, white glove, and delivery • Oversee the development of multiple simultaneous proposals on different timelines • Available to work more than 40 hours/week when necessary
