• Execute complex accounting and finance optimization workstreams within a structured engagement model • Manage assigned responsibilities within an engagement, ensuring timely delivery of accurate, well-structured, and client-ready outputs • Apply strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and operational finance concepts to support financial reporting, close process improvement, audit readiness, and operational analyses • Provide meaningful support to engagement leadership in coordination, planning alignment, and delivery of key outputs • Demonstrate strong organization and prioritization across deliverables, maintaining alignment with engagement timelines and objectives • Provide hands-on accounting and finance support to private equity-backed companies, including: financial reporting and close process improvement, audit readiness and preparation, working capital, cash flow, and operational finance analysis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7 years of experience in related field
  • 5 years supervisory
  • Must have and preserve required licenses
  • Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
