Role Description We are expanding our remote travel support team and are currently seeking proactive, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Planning Coordinators. In this role, you'll assist clients with organizing and coordinating travel arrangements while helping ensure each stage of the planning process runs smoothly and efficiently. No prior travel industry background is required—full training, onboarding, and continued mentorship are provided. **About the RoleYour Core Focus** ** You’ll own the full finance function, building scalable systems, managing cash flow, driving profitability, and leading financial strategy to support Hadley Designs’ next era of growth. What You’ll Do - Deliver accurate, audit-ready financials by the 20th of each month with full account reconciliation and zero material errors - Build and maintain a 12-month rolling cash forecast, updated weekly, ensuring perfect liquidity and visibility - Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all departments with ≤10% variance between forecast and actual results - Develop automated systems and workflows that reduce manual reporting time by at least 25% within your first year - Partner with leadership to implement initiatives that increase profitability and improve EBITDA by 2 percentage points in your first 12 months - Create and document SOPs for close, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting processes - Implement new systems for expense management, travel, and purchasing by Month 6 - Produce insightful financial dashboards and KPIs that drive better decision-making - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to align growth, cash flow, and inventory planning - Evaluate technology solutions (ERP, reporting tools) that prepare the company for scale****

• Act as a trusted finance partner to the divisional General Manager and leadership team, supporting and constructively challenging decisions to drive strong commercial outcomes. • Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting, analysis and insight for senior leaders and board‑level executives, helping shape strategic decisions. • Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management, improving predictability and managing the business to agreed targets. • Use financial data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities, and translate this into clear, actionable insight for non‑finance stakeholders. • Oversee financial governance, including cash flow, working capital, risk management and compliance with financial regulations and company policies. • Support strategic initiatives including business case development, acquisitions and integration activity, while driving continuous improvement across finance processes.

• Record client transactions, payment settlements, and bank reconciliations in the financial system within established deadlines. • Monitor receipt of documents required for clients' financial close process. • Prepare reports, tax calculations, and completion of U.S. forms as required. • Prepare and deliver the reports required for the financial analysis of each client company, including: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable report; Cash Flow report; Management Income Statement (DRE); Revenue and Expense report by cost center. • Monitor client bank account transactions to ensure accurate recording in financial systems. • Ensure payments are entered into clients' bankline system and communicate with clients to authorize financial processing.
