• Identify and build new relationships with vendors and contractors related to the construction of EV, solar, and energy storage projects. • Run robust request for proposals (RFP’s) with select vendors and contractors to obtain high-quality partners at favorable prices. • Lead internal and external engineering resources in the optimization of construction layouts and the solving of technical issues as needed. • Negotiate engineering, procurement and construction contracts with material vendors, contractors, and project partners. • Manage contractors and vendors through the construction of the project to achieve commercial operation for the project on time and on budget. • Assist in providing information requested by investors to achieving project financing and updating other project stakeholders through the project management and salesforce platforms. • Help establish project specific budgets and corporate metrics related to construction of projects and manage to those goals. • Support Project Development and Project Finance teams in developing construction cost estimates and in providing constructability review to preliminary designs, interconnection applications, and other project aspects. • Travel as needed for preconstruction site visits, monitoring construction progress, conferences, and company gatherings. • Gather market intelligence and continuously strive to be an industry leading thinker and apply that to improving RP’s systems and processes. • Manage and coordinate multiple projects and work efforts with other team members in an organized manner.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and closure • Assist (Directors of Operations, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams) with the definition, design, and development of projects. • Establish project governance, timelines, milestones, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation and resolution strategies • Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership • Coordinate resources, manage priorities, and ensure alignment across multiple teams • Drive change management efforts to support adoption of new processes, tools, or initiatives • Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting and insights • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency • Support e2e process of preparation, elaboration and follow-up of the business UATs • Execute and coordinate UAT test cases, document defects, track issue resolution, and provide status updates to stakeholders. • Partner with technical and business users to gather feedback, validate system changes, and ensure successful deployment readiness.

Role Description The Intensive Remediation Coordinator is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and monitoring of targeted academic interventions to improve student achievement across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels. Reporting to the Director of Accountability and Curriculum, this role leverages data analysis to identify student learning gaps, develop strategic remediation plans, and support instructional staff in delivering effective, standards-aligned interventions. The Intensive Remediation Coordinator plays a critical role in accelerating student growth and ensuring students achieve proficiency on North Carolina State Standards in both Mathematics and English Language Arts (ELA). This is a full-time position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school. • Provide direction and leads the performance (scope, schedule and cost) of water management and water treatment projects for mining clients. • Develops integrated project engineering schedule including critical path for the end to end tasks and activities necessary to successfully implement projects. • Works with client and resource managers to ensure resources and dependencies are identified and assigned to the project. • Manages conceptual water treatment design through detailed design stages for clients, including vendor packages and balance of plant scopes. • Ensures assigned resources are executing as planned. • Provides tracking and reporting to plan and develops recovery plans as required. • Makes or directs analysis of project financial performance, ensuring on-budget delivery and management of change. • Supports risk analysis with project management, and manages complex project delivery and technical risk. • Monitors and promotes environmental health and worker safety. • Mentors junior/intermediate project team members. • Leads the development of technical deliverables and programs in area(s) of expertise. • Conducts senior reviews of technical deliverables and programs in area(s) of expertise. • Oversees/ provides expert input on development of field investigations in area(s) of expertise. • Complete other projects, reporting and tasks as assigned. • All other related duties as required.
