Qualification path No previous professional experience is required to apply to this role, however, working on this project will require you to pass the basic requirements and go through a standard assessment process. This is a part-time long-term project and your work will be subject to our standard quality assurance checks during the term of this agreement. Basic Requirements - Working as a freelancer with excellent communication skills in English & Catalan - Being a resident in Spain for the last 5 consecutive years and having familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Spain - Active use of Gmail, Google+, and other forms of social media and experience in the use of web browsers to navigate and interact with a variety of content - Daily access to a broadband internet connection, a smartphone (Android 5.0, iOS 14 or higher), and a personal computer to work on. Assessment In order to be hired into the program, you'll take a language assessment and an open book qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification. Don't worry, our team will provide you with guidelines and learning materials before your exam. You will be required to complete the exam in a specific timeframe but at your convenience!

• Lead and evolve platform architecture and end-to-end delivery operations • Own the technical vision for the platform and set standards for software delivery • Champion integration of AI-powered development tools into engineering workflows • Own and refine the engineering delivery lifecycle • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing organization of engineering managers and contributors

• Architect and oversee backend service ecosystems built with .NET (C#/.NET Core) and Python. • Define front-end architecture patterns and guide implementation of scalable React applications.Lead 3D visualization and UI architecture using Three.js for interactive, data‑driven interfaces. • Lead database architecture for SQL Server: schema design, indexing strategies, performance optimization. • Architect caching, messaging, and high-speed data layers using Redis or similar in-memory systems. • Design and govern RAG architectures, vector search integrations, and retrieval‑optimized AI solutions. • Define patterns and frameworks for Agentic AI workflows (LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, etc.). • Establish Secure SDLC, architecture governance, code quality, and CI/CD standards. • Conduct architecture reviews, perform threat modeling, and ensure compliance with best practices. • Guide resolution of complex production, system, and performance challenges across distributed systems. • Drive cloud-native architecture on AWS, including containerization, Kubernetes, networking, and security. • Partner with product, security, and engineering leadership to align architecture with business goals.
