• Architect and oversee backend service ecosystems built with .NET (C#/.NET Core) and Python. • Define front-end architecture patterns and guide implementation of scalable React applications.Lead 3D visualization and UI architecture using Three.js for interactive, data‑driven interfaces. • Lead database architecture for SQL Server: schema design, indexing strategies, performance optimization. • Architect caching, messaging, and high-speed data layers using Redis or similar in-memory systems. • Design and govern RAG architectures, vector search integrations, and retrieval‑optimized AI solutions. • Define patterns and frameworks for Agentic AI workflows (LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, etc.). • Establish Secure SDLC, architecture governance, code quality, and CI/CD standards. • Conduct architecture reviews, perform threat modeling, and ensure compliance with best practices. • Guide resolution of complex production, system, and performance challenges across distributed systems. • Drive cloud-native architecture on AWS, including containerization, Kubernetes, networking, and security. • Partner with product, security, and engineering leadership to align architecture with business goals.

Qualifications - Bachelorʼs degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in software development with Node.js, TypeScript (and/or Nest.js), React.js. - Strong understanding of loosely coupled architectures. - Experience with AI tools and services is a strong plus. - Proficiency with Git, Linux, and Agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a critical and analytical mindset. - Strong communication skills and experience working with remote teams (fluent English required). - Leadership qualities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. - A passion for learning, experimenting with new technologies, and challenging conventional solutions. - Knowledge in VoIP environments, LLM-powered features, Apache Kafka, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.
