Role Description The Senior Lead Field Marketing Activation Manager will play a pivotal role in the marketing team, responsible for implementing and executing strategic initiatives designed to create deals, drive business growth, and support sales activation efforts. This position requires a proactive and relationship-oriented individual who can manage segment-specific programs to achieve business growth in partnership with our sales team. Main Responsibilities - Deal Creation: Build and execute demand programs that surface qualified opportunities for sellers, reducing prospecting burden and accelerating pipeline contribution. - Deal Acceleration: Drive initiatives to expedite the sales cycle and improve conversion rates and deal size. Monitor and optimize visibility at each stage of the marketing funnel to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion. - Agent Creation & Workflow Automation: Design and build AI agents and automated workflows that streamline marketing processes. Leverage strong prompt development skills to translate business needs into effective AI use cases—crafting, testing, and refining prompts to generate high-quality outputs, scale content creation, and drive more efficient, repeatable execution. - Segment Programs: Design targeted marketing programs for specific market segments to maximize engagement and ROI. - Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute events that generate new deals. - Sales Activation: Collaborate with sales teams to update and action on key initiatives in partnership with our enablement team. - Feedback Loop: Maintain feedback mechanisms to collect and analyze data from customers and sales teams, refining marketing efforts accordingly. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or field activation, with a demonstrated ability to drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and sales engagement. - Deep experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), including account selection, segmentation, orchestration of multi‑touch campaigns, and tight alignment with sales teams. - Proven ability to design and execute segment‑specific, account‑centric programs that influence pipeline, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. - Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, especially in partnership with sales, enablement, and cross‑functional stakeholders. - Experience planning and executing high‑impact B2B events tied directly to pipeline and deal creation. Requirements - Advanced data analysis capabilities, with hands‑on experience using Power BI to build dashboards, analyze funnel performance, and translate insights into action. - Comfort working with marketing performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, conversion rates, ROI) to guide strategy and continuous optimization. - Strong operational mindset with the ability to leverage martech and analytics tools to improve efficiency, scale programs, and drive measurable results. AI & Innovation Mindset - Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance marketing execution, analysis, and decision making (e.g., AI-assisted insights, content optimization, performance analysis, or workflow automation). - Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in applying emerging AI capabilities to improve targeting, personalization, forecasting, and speed to impact. - Strong prompt development skills—ability to craft clear, structured prompts that drive high-quality, actionable outputs from AI tools (e.g., CoPilot), enabling faster content creation, smarter insights, and more efficient workflows. - Ability to translate business needs into effective AI use cases, including designing prompts, refining outputs, and iterating to improve accuracy, relevance, and impact. - Ability to balance innovation with practical execution—using AI responsibly to drive smarter, faster, and more effective field marketing outcomes. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
