• Support the Supply Chain Manager and clinic management with sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies • Ensure integrity and accuracy of inventory and filing systems and databases • Partner with clinic management to ensure timely and accurate execution of inter-clinic transfer orders • Analyze product usage and adjust inventory levels as appropriate to optimize inventory levels • Independently make decisions regarding supply shortages and keep management informed • Manage existing vendor relations including securing quotes and maintaining communications • Review, process, and analyze purchase orders and change orders • Research invoices and liaise with accounting and vendors • Support the Supply Chain Manager to locate new vendors • Prepare and provide internal data/reporting • Assist the Supply Chain Manager in development of departmental policies and procedures • Assist leadership in managing various inventory control projects • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Working cross functionally with the Digital teams to get new products online and available. Draw upon Supply Chain knowledge and insight to bring innovative thinking to a broad set of supply, logistical and operational challenges that involve all B&Q product areas and multiple routes to market. What's the job? - Availability: Responsible for Home Delivery and Click and collect availability from Stores, Fulfilment centres and Direct Supply Vendor (DSV) sites. - Range Change: To deliver range exit and new product launches to the agreed plan in agreed time scale. Liaising with cross functional teams. Digital to launch at point of store pilot, where one exists. - New Products: Responsible for products being set up accurately on time and launched on the Website in line with agreed dates. - Data Integrity: To ensure product data is accurate throughout digital systems (SAP, Riversands & ATG), allowing for smooth customer order flow. - Development: Influence and support the development of the Digital Supply Chain to ensure technical processes and procedures optimise customer experience. - End to End Management: Converting the Digital First supply strategy into an operational plan that delivers across all KPIS to ensure the best customer experience. - Problem solving any issues to resolve and enhance the customer journey - Manage various Digital projects from a Supply Chain perspective with a high degree of accuracy, detail and curiosity. - Build and maintain relationships across multiple functions ensuring plans and progress are well communicated to all key stakeholders. - Develop existing and create new processes and tools to optimise project delivery and efficiency. - Provide detailed action focussed analysis and reporting to support with decision making What we need: - Able to analyse complex data effectively and efficiently, identifying root cause and best solution. - Good experience of forecasting and replenishment systems, SAP an advantage. - Good understanding of how to improve key performance measures. - Collaborative, engaging and effective communicator. - Ability to operate within detailed challenges and at high level to have a strong understanding of risks and opportunities within key project deadlines and activities. - Can challenge effectively as well as create great rapport with others. - Good level of commercial acumen and ability to make decisions on both data and instinct. - High level of ownership and a proactive and dynamic approach to deliver results within a fast paced environment What's in it for me? • Lead the development and execution of supply chain continuous improvement (CI) strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. • Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive data-informed decision making across the supply chain organization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives. • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify opportunities for further optimization. • Champion best practices in Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies throughout the department. • Mentor and coach supply chain teams in CI tools and data analytics, building organizational capability. • Partner with IT and data teams to ensure robust data availability, integrity, and security for analytics initiatives. • Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new processes and technologies. • Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to supply chain analytics and CI.

• Manage inventory planning, order flow, production planning, transfer activity, and shortage resolution across assigned product lines and distribution locations. • Support customer demand by monitoring supply availability, reviewing planning signals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring inventory positioning across markets. • Review item planning data for accurate supply, demand, and inventory signals. • Support excess reduction initiatives through rework planning. • Manage spike orders, blocked orders, and related order exceptions. • Support customer and sales inquiries by providing timely information on order status, inventory availability, and supply constraints. • Create, release, and plan work orders for assigned region or product groups. • Monitor production order status and communicate priorities to Operations. • Review planned distribution order lists and coordinate with the assigned region. • Prepare, summarize, and send Inventory Outlook Reports and logistics reports for Operations.
