• Lead the development and execution of supply chain continuous improvement (CI) strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. • Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive data-informed decision making across the supply chain organization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives. • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify opportunities for further optimization. • Champion best practices in Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies throughout the department. • Mentor and coach supply chain teams in CI tools and data analytics, building organizational capability. • Partner with IT and data teams to ensure robust data availability, integrity, and security for analytics initiatives. • Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new processes and technologies. • Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to supply chain analytics and CI.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or related functions, with a focus on continuous improvement and analytics.
  • Proven expertise in deploying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies; certification (e.g., Black Belt) strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable results.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
