• Act as a consultative advisor for communication strategies via WhatsApp using templates approved by META • Validate message formats, structures, buttons, quick replies, and conversational flows • Review and evaluate journeys and flows built in: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, Salesforce Flow • Identify functional limitations and conflicts between business requirements and META restrictions • Propose technical and functional alternatives minimizing impacts on user experience and campaign performance • Support scenarios such as: Excess CTAs or buttons beyond META allowances, Complex flows with multiple decision points, Messages outside structural or category limits • Create, submit, maintain, and monitor the template approval cycle in Meta WhatsApp Manager • Ensure compliance with META policies and conventions and with Salesforce variable and personalization restrictions

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience with META WhatsApp Business Platform (WABA)
  • Proven experience with Message Templates
  • Solid background with: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next
  • Knowledge of journey orchestration and automations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into solutions that adhere to platform limitations
  • Excellent communication with technical and executive audiences
  • Consultative, analytical profile and problem-solving orientation

Role Description In the role of Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include mentoring/managing the Sales Engineers and Service Rep(s), supporting the cultivation of new business opportunities within the Midwest Region (IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, SD, WI) and growth of relationships for major accounts.
