Job Description As a Product Manager for AI Solutions, you will drive the evolution of our AI platform to support agentic workflows and shape how the enterprise works with AI. This role involves understanding customer needs, translating them into platform capabilities and partnering closely with engineering, design and program to deliver robust, secure, and extensible solutions. We seek a product manager who combines deep technical understanding with strong product intuition. You should be comfortable defining a product roadmap, debugging user workflows with engineers, and presenting product strategy to executives. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own an outcome-based roadmap grounded in customer insights and business priorities. - Translate cutting-edge AI advances into practical platform features - Develop a deep understanding of stakeholders' needs to define clear product requirements, write high quality user stories, and guide teams through ambiguity. - Establish and uphold a high bar for product quality through rigorous product testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance as well as conduct demos. Qualifications Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) - 5+ years of product management and engineering including at least 1 year as a professional engineer. - Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams to ship technical products. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Have a creative, hacker spirit and love solving puzzles Additional Requirements: - Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
