Job Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in instructional design in the SaaS industry
- Experience in training development (online and live)
- Experience and proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Descript, Videate, etc.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage several important projects at one time
- Proven ability to work under pressure and within quick turnaround times
- Passionate about working with customers and distilling technical information into consumable content that enables them to do their jobs in Iterable effectively
- Experience using Camtasia, SnagIt, Articulate Rise 360, Genially, Canva, Descript and SkillJar LMS
- A love for tech and how it can help people
- Experience with email marketing, push or SMS software is a plus
- LMS administration (experience building course content within a learning management system)
- HTML or other technical coding experience
