Role Description The Instructional Coach, Mathematics (9–12) will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the fidelity of Tier 2 mathematics instruction in high school classrooms. This position will primarily focus on aligning intervention strategies with STAAR standards, coaching teachers in effective instructional practices, and utilizing student data to design targeted follow-up instruction. The coach will be able to provide ongoing feedback, model best practices, and collaborate with teachers to improve student outcomes through consistent, data-driven Tier 2 interventions.
