Role Description CORE Foodservice is looking to hire for our CRM Operations Team! The CRM Operations Team is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving Salesforce to support CORE Foodservice’s sales operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity, user adoption, reporting accuracy, and overall system effectiveness across the organization. The ideal candidate is a result driven Salesforce Administrator who takes ownership of their work, manages priorities effectively, and follows initiatives through to completion while supporting users at all levels of the organization. This is a remote position. Candidates must reside within the continental United States and be permanent citizens. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks - User Support & Enablement - Support users at all levels of the organization with the CRM system, including: - Call Entry - Account maintenance - Opportunity Management - Objective Management - Dashboard metric review - Manage and resolve CRM Help Desk support requests - Conduct training for users at all levels and create/update training materials - System Administration & Configuration - Set up and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets - Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules - Evaluate, implement, and test CRM enhancements and configuration changes - Reporting, Dashboards & Scorecards - Run ad hoc and scheduled reports - Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards - Own scorecards for 500+ Sales Associates across multiple channels, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and publishing - Data Quality & Governance - Maintain high quality CRM data - Load, delete, and reassign Accounts, Objectives, New Operators, and related records - Perform system testing and validation prior to production releases Qualifications - 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience in a production environment - Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred (or equivalent experience) - Experience supporting sales teams, reporting, automation, and data integrity initiatives - Experience providing Salesforce user support and resolving day-to-day system issues - Ability to plan, prioritize and execute projects within deadlines - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint - Working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboarding and reporting, preferred - Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, to implement solutions - Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills - Industry experience within food brokerage, food manufacturing, or food distribution preferred Benefits - Annual Salary - Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits - 401K + Match Eligibility - Paid Time-Off Programs - Tuition Reimbursement Opportunity

Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented and clinically savvy Workflow Operations Associate to own the integrity and execution of critical radiology workflows at Imagen. This role serves as the frontline expert for Addendum processing and complex workflow resolution, ensuring clinical data is accurate, complete, and managed within defined SLAs. The Workflow Operations Associate acts as a key bridge between clinical partners (radiologists, technologists, and providers) and internal operational teams, maintaining seamless day-to-day workflow execution while enabling scale. This role reports to the Workflow Operations Manager and plays a critical influence role across cross-functional teams. - Own the end-to-end Addendum lifecycle, including triage, routing, follow-up, and closure, while ensuring completion within clinical SLAs. - Serve as the primary point of contact for workflow-related inquiries from providers and customers via phone and email. - Manage and resolve complex radiology workflow exceptions and active escalations with urgency, accuracy, and clear stakeholder communication. - Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of workflow activities and customer interactions within Salesforce and other CRM systems. - Identify workflow inefficiencies and recurring issues, partnering with leadership to recommend and implement process improvements. - Support workflow assessments, customer onboarding, and stabilization efforts through discovery, validation, and documentation activities. - Act as a subject matter expert on Addendum protocols and radiology workflow processes while maintaining and improving SOPs, best practices, and knowledge base documentation. Qualifications - Associate’s degree with 1+ year of radiology support experience, or HS/GED with 3+ years of experience in healthcare, radiology, or clinical operations. - Ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, accountability, and independent problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work professionally and effectively with physicians, clinical staff, customers, and cross-functional teams. - Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with clinical systems such as PACS, RIS, or EMR platforms. - Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify workflow inefficiencies, support onboarding and operational initiatives, and contribute to process enhancements. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with radiology workflows such as Addendums, critical findings, or report lifecycle management. - Exposure to workflow optimization, process improvement, operational analytics, or radiology informatics concepts.
