• Develop and manage global partner program that drives sales through acquisition and onboarding of solutions, software, services, hyperscalers, technology, system integrators, and vertical industry partners. • Partner scouting, vetting, and determining product and services that complements NuoData. • Establish partner relationships through portal registration and alliance contacts. • Ensure NuoData receives the optimum benefit from the partner relationship. • Develop joint go-to-market programs delivering co-branded campaigns, sales enablement, and join sales efforts. • Design and oversee partner reseller benefits and incentives that motivate top-performing partners. • Mitigate partner conflict, competition with NuoData and other partner solution overlap, and product offerings. • Help maintain program structure elements including partner tiering, rules of engagement, qualification processes, and training standards. • Collaborate with regional teams to track partner performance against established metrics and support partner success initiatives. • Assist with the implementation of training and certification programs that develop partner capabilities. • Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis to support continuous improvement efforts. • Implement process improvements and enhance program scalability. • Maintain documentation for program policies and processes. • Setup regular business reviews (QBRs) to track KPIs, partner-sourced revenue, and product integration. • Contribute to partner community-building initiatives, events, and forums. • Write copy for partner content on web, newsletters, and partner marketing materials.

• Lead and develop a globally distributed TPM organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC, including managers, senior TPMs, and distinguished-level TPMs. • Establish clear operating rhythms across regions and time zones, with a focus on team health, individual growth, clear accountability, and execution quality. • Guide the TPM organization through adoption of generative AI and AI-enabled software delivery practices to reduce toil, improve decision quality, and scale TPM coverage and effectiveness. • Own TPM portfolio governance across AEC Construction, including request intake, prioritization, assignment, capacity management, resource tradeoffs, and alignment to strategic business priorities. • Oversee TPM engagement across product delivery, enterprise transformation, and platform/infrastructure initiatives, ensuring programs have clear ownership, decision paths, risks, mitigations, and measurable outcomes. • Partner with senior Engineering, Product, platform, Trust, PSET, ESE, and AEC Trust stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, resolve escalations, and ensure TPM work is focused on business value. • Define and track metrics that demonstrate TPM impact, improve intake and reporting mechanisms, and evolve TPM practices so the team operates as a strategic execution function rather than a coordination layer.

Role Description Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Senior Manager, Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the integrity of financial information. This role manages two Senior Financial Analysts. This position is offered as a 12 month contract. Responsibilities - Financial Operations Management - Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting. - Oversee program reporting and accounting. - Manage cash flow and provide supporting analyses as required. - Financial Reporting - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Oversee internal and external financial reporting processes. - Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reports as required by our funders. - Assist the CFO in preparing materials for the Audit, Finance, and Risk Committee. - Financial Planning and Analysis - Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. - Provide financial analysis and support to various business and program areas. - Internal Controls and Compliance - Develop, document, and implement financial policies and procedures in conjunction with the CFO. - Ensure compliance with financial policies and provide education to management and staff. - Team Leadership - Lead, and develop the Finance team, including two Senior Financial Analysts. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Other Responsibilities - Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement processes that have financial implications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial policies. - Manage the annual external audit process. - Perform cross-functional and other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned or requested. Qualifications - Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - CPA designation in good standing is required. - Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role leading a finance team. - Strong knowledge of Canadian GAAP (more specifically, parts II and III of the Handbook). - Excellent interpersonal, project management, communication, writing, and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to network and build effective working relationships with senior management, government officials, peers, and others. - Advanced experience with computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Experience with NetSuite is an asset. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision. - Proven ability to thrive and build a positive work culture in a permanently remote, work-from-home (distributed) environment. - Bilingual communication skills (English and French) are an asset. - Experience in digital research infrastructure, technology, public sector, and/or post-secondary education is a significant asset.
