• Lead multiple concurrent software implementation programs and strategic initiatives from initiation through successful delivery • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, client stakeholders, vendors, and leadership • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams while serving as a trusted program leader • Navigate ambiguity effectively and make informed decisions to maintain momentum and delivery timelines • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and proactively drive resolution strategies • Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams while maintaining visibility into overall program health • Facilitate executive-level communication, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment • Drive accountability across teams while fostering collaboration and trust • Help improve internal delivery processes, operational efficiency, and implementation best practices • Support teams through changing priorities and evolving client needs with a calm, solutions-oriented approach • Travel up to 25% as needed based on project requirements

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of program/project management experience in software development, SaaS implementation, enterprise technology, consulting, financial services, healthcare IT, govtech, or similarly complex environments
  • Successfully led multiple concurrent enterprise-scale projects or programs
  • Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
  • Excel at building alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Communicate complex topics clearly and simply to a wide variety of audiences, including executives and clients
  • Experience managing projects involving multiple systems, integrations, vendors, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Highly organized while remaining flexible and pragmatic
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Proactive problem solvers who anticipate issues before they become roadblocks
  • Experience recovering or stabilizing challenged projects/programs (strongly preferred)

Role Description Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Senior Manager, Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the integrity of financial information. This role manages two Senior Financial Analysts. This position is offered as a 12 month contract. Responsibilities - Financial Operations Management - Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting. - Oversee program reporting and accounting. - Manage cash flow and provide supporting analyses as required. - Financial Reporting - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Oversee internal and external financial reporting processes. - Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reports as required by our funders. - Assist the CFO in preparing materials for the Audit, Finance, and Risk Committee. - Financial Planning and Analysis - Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. - Provide financial analysis and support to various business and program areas. - Internal Controls and Compliance - Develop, document, and implement financial policies and procedures in conjunction with the CFO. - Ensure compliance with financial policies and provide education to management and staff. - Team Leadership - Lead, and develop the Finance team, including two Senior Financial Analysts. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Other Responsibilities - Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement processes that have financial implications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial policies. - Manage the annual external audit process. - Perform cross-functional and other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned or requested.
