• Own product strategy and execution for a core area of Jama Connect, including both strategic direction and delivery. • Define and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, revenue opportunities, competitive positioning, and technical constraints. • Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction and actionable work. • Make and communicate tradeoff decisions with minimal guidance. • Partner with Engineering and Design to scope, iterate, and deliver high-impact solutions. • Ensure product decisions are grounded in customer value, market opportunity, and business impact. • Optimize roadmap priorities for adoption, expansion, competitive differentiation, revenue growth, and long-term product value. • Build compelling investment justifications that quantify market demand, customer impact, and business value. • Partner with GTM teams, Customer Success, and Product leadership to improve sales effectiveness, customer expansion, and market share growth. • Participate selectively in late-stage customer or prospect conversations to unblock adoption, validate market needs, and capture evidence of what closes, saves, or expands business. • Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate direction, lead discovery conversations, and represent Product credibly with users and executives. • Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate product development, research synthesis, experimentation, and decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Strong, relevant Product Management experience, including demonstrated success as a Senior Product Manager in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, technical platforms, or complex product environments
- Strong product strategy experience that extends beyond feature delivery or backlog execution
- Demonstrated success translating customer needs, commercial inputs, competitive signals, and GTM insights into product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Direct enterprise customer engagement experience, including discovery, validation, executive stakeholder conversations, or customer-facing product strategy
- Deep understanding of market-facing product practices such as win/loss analysis, competitive positioning, GTM collaboration, commercial framing, and sales-informed prioritization
- Strong commercial product judgment, including awareness of adoption, expansion, revenue impact, competitive differentiation, product value, and market opportunity
- Ability to operate with autonomy and ambiguity, make decisions without complete information, and manage competing priorities
- Proven history of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence across Product, GTM, Customer Success, Engineering, Design, and broader leadership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual agility, curiosity, and a passion for product strategy
- Collaborative operating style with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively and influence without authority.
