• Provide support for business-critical applications and integrations operations • Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of applications and integrations • Monitor system health, job execution, data flows, and respond to alerts • Partner with functional teams to troubleshoot process issues • Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Design, develop and maintain integrations using file-based methods or APIs • Lead testing, deployments, and migrations • Identify and support continuous process improvement on integrations • Deliver excellent customer service to business users

• Develop and maintain Angular-based web applications with a focus on performance and usability. • Integrate AI/ML models into the front-end to enable predictive analytics, intelligent search, and data visualization. • Implement geospatial data visualization using libraries such as Leaflet and handle spatial data formats (GeoJSON, shapefiles). • Collaborate with data analysts and backend engineers to consume AI/ML APIs and geospatial services. • Optimize UI/UX for interactive maps, spatial queries, and real‑time data overlays. • Write reusable, testable, and efficient Angular components and services. • Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design for geospatial and AI‑driven features. • Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical discussions.

• Partner with Sales and customers to develop and configure mission-critical power distribution solutions for data center and critical infrastructure applications • Create, review, and support pre-sale technical designs including one-line diagrams, system configurations, and equipment selections for RFQs and proposals • Ensure proposed solutions comply with applicable standards and codes including NEC, UL, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA, IEEE, and IEC requirements • Evaluate customer technical specifications and provide application guidance for Tier I–IV data center power system architectures • Prepare submittal documentation including drawings, bills of material, and technical documentation following project award • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Production teams to support configuration alignment, manufacturability, and lead-time coordination • Support development and maintenance of configuration tools and standardized application engineering workflows • Serve as a technical resource for switchboards, switchgear, breakers, metering systems, and power quality solutions

• Delivering a high standard of technical customer service and building strong customer relationships • Production issue troubleshooting, resolution, and root cause analysis - you will have access and learn to use our advanced production monitoring tools • Be part of a team of software engineers, attending stand-ups, and planning sessions • Investigation of reported issues in the system to make sure we are responding to clients needs in a timely manner. • Escalation of appropriate issues to the Product and Development teams • Creating and maintaining concise and clear knowledge articles • Mentoring for Level 2 (L2) engineers to help them progress in their career
