• Leverage syndicated data platforms (e.g., SPINS, Nielsen) to generate insights and recommendations that inform Sales, Category Management, and cross-functional strategy. • Support Category Management on weekly/monthly data needs. • Partner with Category Management leadership to lead recurring category analysis and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Partner in sales forecasting by analyzing historical performance, identifying growth drivers, and surfacing implications for future distribution opportunities. • Lead data analysis for key sales initiatives, including retailer performance analysis and various ad-hoc analyses (sku assortment, promotion, voids, new item launches). • Independently evaluate and validate business opportunities through rigorous analysis, clearly articulating the ‘so what’ and recommended next steps. • Conduct analysis and insights that prove or disprove opportunities. • Serve as a consultative partner to cross-functional teams by clarifying business questions, shaping analytical approaches, and prioritizing work based on business impact. • Autonomously manage concurrent projects and requests of varying importance, urgency, and impact with the ability to adjust priorities based on opportunities/needs.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in category, sales, or commercial analytics, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills required; Previous experience working with SPINS, Nielsen or other syndicated research systems is required.
- Ability to deliver insights across a variety of formats as needed to tell the story to the given audience (verbal, email, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations).
- Ability to analyze, compare and interpret data, and make judgments based upon this knowledge.
- Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to influence audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders and retail partners.
- Demonstrated ability to frame data around business questions and draw actionable conclusions.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and multitask.
- Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional and positive manner.

We support companies in the innovation space including technology, software, fintech, life science, as well as premium wine clients. - Underwrite and prepare detailed credit presentations on cash management products based on established bank credit policies and procedures. - Work and collaborate closely with bankers, relationship managers, underwriting managers, and senior credit officers. - Manage and monitor an assigned portfolio of cash management accounts to ensure all documentation is up to date. - Conduct and/or assist with underwriting due diligence, structuring, and documenting credit recommendations on new and existing case requests for standard credits. - Monitor assigned cash management product portfolio’s credit quality to ensure proactive and timely risk mitigation action when necessary. - Prepare thorough and clearly articulated credit presentations with thoughtful and appropriate recommendations following established credit policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations including but not limited to Regulation B, Regulation O, Regulation W, and other fair lending regulations.
