Demand Planning Analyst – Temporary

Grupo Boticário

• **360° Planning:** Build sales volumes (Sell-in and Sell-out) for regular items, launches and promotions for the Boticário and O.U.I brands; • **Indicator Management:** Monitor and mitigate demand errors by analyzing deviations and defining immediate action plans; • **Strategic Interface:** Act as a connection hub between Marketing, Portfolio, Channel and Supply Chain; • **Data Intelligence:** Work with large datasets to produce clear views on inventory turnover and inventory accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or S&OP.
  • Experience in beauty, cosmetics, consumer goods (FMCG) or large retail chains is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (handling large datasets) and strong executive presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with error and inventory metrics (MAPE, WAPE, BIAS, Inventory Turnover).
