BAE Systems, Inc. is looking for an IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for executing change management activities that drive adoption, behavior change, and the realization of business outcomes. The OCM Analyst works closely with programs, projects, and business leaders to implement change impacts, prepare stakeholders, and support individuals and teams through the change journey. By focusing on the tactical delivery of OCM plans, this role helps accelerate adoption, improve proficiency, and ensures a successful transition from the current state to the future state. Serving as a key contributor within the PMO, the OCM Analyst delivers change activities that align with established governance and enterprise priorities. Responsibilities As part of the OCM team, the individual will be responsible for the production and delivery of core OCM deliverables, including communication materials, change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, organizational readiness checklists, and reinforcement activities. Primary duties: - Coordinate the execution of OCM plans for assigned initiatives, ensuring all activities are completed on schedule and aligned with program objectives. - Conduct organizational readiness and change impact assessments to identify risks and support the development of mitigation strategies. - Develop and produce targeted communication materials, including key messaging, slide decks, and stakeholder updates, based on approved strategies. - Support training and enablement efforts to prepare end-users for new processes, systems, and ways of working. - Assist in stakeholder engagement efforts, helping to identify and address resistance to change at the user and manager levels. - Track and report on adoption, engagement, and readiness metrics, providing data-driven insights to improve project outcomes. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Skills Required: - Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or - Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or - Equivalent experience (10+ years) implementing changes in organization stemming from changes to IT infrastructure, Applications, PMO processes, or Governance changes. - Strong knowledge of OCM frameworks and methodologies and how to apply them across the change lifecycle. - Proven ability to translate complete change concepts into clear, actionable change management plans that support adoption and business outcomes. - Demonstrated analytical capability to evaluate change impacts, risk and organizational readiness and gather data... and report findings to leadership. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement mitigation strategies to address adoption risks, resistance, and user readiness. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create professional narratives and visuals tailored for all stakeholder groups to drive awareness and guide users through the change journey. - Demonstrated capability to align and tailor change management strategies to business objectives and stakeholders' needs to drive adoption, behavior change, and measurable outcomes. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Skills and Education - Change Management Professional certification (Prosci or equivalent). - Experience with applying change management principles within project delivery environments (e.g. Agile, hybrid, or waterfall). - Working knowledge of formal IT change processes and ability to align organizational change management activities within those frameworks. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $96623 - $164259 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
