Product Manager
Mitratech
• Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across multiple Scrum teams • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Act as the primary point of contact for two scrum teams—providing clarity, prioritization, and rapid decision-making • Manage and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with roadmap goals • Remove blockers and proactively address risks to maintain delivery momentum • Partner with stakeholders across business, sales, customer success, and support to gather requirements and align priorities • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform product direction • Define success metrics and evaluate product performance, including adoption, engagement, and business outcomes • Lead sprint ceremonies as needed (planning, grooming, reviews) and ensure high-quality execution • Test, validate, and iterate on features in close collaboration with engineering and QA • Present product updates, demos, and business cases to internal and external audiences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a hybrid PM/PO role in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to drive execution across multiple releases or product initiatives
- Strong ability to write clear, detailed product requirements and work closely with engineering teams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with high delivery expectations
- Experience applying AI tools (e.g., LLMs, analytics, or automation tools) to generate customer insights, improve product decisions, or increase team productivity
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions with limited guidance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and user-centric thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a remote-first, globally distributed team environment.
