• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs. • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery, launch, and iteration. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to build high-quality, scalable products. • Gather and prioritize product requirements through user research, stakeholder input, and data insights. • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Drive product execution by working closely with engineering teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. • Analyze product performance using metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product. • Communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to stakeholders across the organization. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product direction.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in product management within technology-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products or features.
  • Ability to balance business needs, user experience, and technical constraints.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding of software development processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
