Role Description The Salesforce Data Cloud Architect will work with internal and external stakeholders in the direction of the Director, Business Systems Data and CRM Management to design, implement, and optimize AbleNet's Data Cloud environment. This position will serve as the subject matter expert for Data Cloud functionality, ensuring seamless data integration, harmonization, and activation across AbleNet's technology ecosystem. The Salesforce Data Cloud Architect will collaborate closely with Salesforce and Tableau teams to enable robust analytics and reporting capabilities. This role will be responsible for configuring and maintaining data streams, implementing segmentation strategies, and enabling actionable insights through Data Cloud while ensuring compliance with data governance standards and business requirements.
