• Manage and administer cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Provide operational and infrastructure support to the development team • Perform regular reviews of the health and performance of virtual machines and cloud services • Perform preventive maintenance tasks, system updates, and patches • Support deployment pipelines, version control, and CI/CD processes • Manage Kubernetes environments and containerized workloads • Monitor services, metrics, and alerts using observability tools • Collaborate on tasks related to networking, firewalls, and infrastructure security • Ensure stability, availability, and performance of production environments • Diagnose and resolve infrastructure- and platform-related incidents
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Previous experience administering production cloud environments and DevOps practices
- Technical or professional background in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields (preferred)
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) cloud and infrastructure services, Kubernetes, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Storage
- Monitoring and observability skills (Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty)
- DevOps and CI/CD tools (GitLab, ArgoCD, Sonar, Artifactory)
- Databases (PostgreSQL)
- Networking and security knowledge (firewalls, cloud networking concepts, infrastructure security best practices)
