Senior Analytics Engineer
CDW
• Transform curated datasets into BI‑ready semantic models, dashboards, and analytics marts. • Translate business requirements into governed data models and well‑defined metrics. • Define and document metric logic, data lineage, and semantic layer standards. • Maintain and support dashboards and analytics products. • Design, develop, and deploy data and AI solutions on the Databricks platform. • Build and maintain ETL and ELT pipelines. • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying analytics and data solutions on the Databricks platform.
- Proficiency in Python, including PySpark, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and Lakehouse architectures.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL and ELT pipelines.
- Experience using Git‑based version control and CI/CD practices for data deployments.
- Understanding of data governance concepts, including Unity Catalog fundamentals.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
