Ensemble Health Partners

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for AI Agent development and low-code automation initiatives. • Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using AI/ML models, low-code platforms and connectors. • Participate in discovery activities, including user interviews and journey mapping, to define KPIs and success metrics. • Design & develop and test use cases using tools like Copilot, Power Apps, and other low-code platforms. • Conduct testing, user segmentation, and product utilization analysis to inform product decisions. • Demo functionality to end users and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Support UAT for new modules and ensure alignment with business requirements. • Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.​

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, product development, consulting or RPA.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience applying AI/ML in a business setting (beyond academic exposure).
  • Hands-on experience with low-code platforms and automation tools like Power Automate, UI path etc.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle operations is a plus.
