Creative VA – Video Editing, Social Media, Client Support

Paired

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and client deliverables • Design graphics and edit photos for marketing campaigns and social posts • Create and schedule social media content across platforms • Handle B2B and B2C client follow-up communications • Manage email and written correspondence with clients and partners • Follow internal SOPs and suggest improvements when gaps are identified • Proactively identify issues and resolve them before escalating

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in **video editing** (social media style)
  • Proficiency in **graphic design** and photo editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar)
  • Strong **written English** communication skills
  • Experience managing or posting on **social media platforms**
  • Ability to work **independently** with minimal supervision

Role Description We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own paid acquisition across Meta and Google for our client portfolio, end-to-end. Responsibilities include: - Build and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads: Search, Display, Performance Max, and Shopping - Develop high-converting acquisition funnels for leads and sales across multiple client accounts - Brief and collaborate with our creative team on ad visuals and copy that drive conversions - Build and manage audience targeting: custom audiences, lookalike audiences, interest targeting, and retargeting - Scale what works fast. Cut what does not.
