Architectural Drafter

• Technical Drafting & Modeling: Produce accurate, detailed architectural models and construction documentation (CD sets), including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using Autodesk Revit. • 3D Visualization & Rendering: Develop high-quality, photo-realistic interior and exterior 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations using 3ds Max (integrated with V-Ray, Corona, or similar render engines). • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, project managers, and interior designers to understand project requirements, incorporate redlines, and refine design concepts. • Asset & Library Management: Maintain and organize the firm’s Revit families, 3ds Max asset libraries, materials, and rendering templates to ensure workflow efficiency. • Quality Control: Ensure all drawings and visualizations meet company standards, local building codes, and project specifications. • Post-Production: Perform post-production editing on renderings using Adobe Photoshop to enhance lighting, add entourage, and refine final presentation materials.
Job Requirements
- Education: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting/Design, or a related field.
- Software Expertise:
- Autodesk Revit: Advanced proficiency in building information modeling (BIM), creating families, and managing drawing sets.
- Autodesk 3ds Max: Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, advanced lighting, and rendering.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Strong skills in Photoshop for rendering post-production.
- AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural graphic standards, construction methods, building materials, and detailing.
- Artistic Eye: Excellent sense of scale, proportion, color, and composition to create compelling visual narratives.
- Soft Skills: Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**
