• Discover and Recruit: Use TikTok Shop’s Affiliate Center to find and recruit top-tier creators who resonate with our clients’ brands. • Build Relationships: Engage, negotiate, and onboard creators, cultivating long-term partnerships through rewarding and motivating programs. • Lead Campaigns: Design and manage affiliate campaigns including product gifting, commission plans, and content briefs to maximize sales impact. • Optimize Performance: Monitor key metrics like CTR, sales, and average order value daily to continuously refine and boost campaign results. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with content creators, paid media teams, and clients ensuring the strategies are aligned and effective. • Report and Innovate: Provide insightful reports on affiliate performance and drive ongoing testing to keep us ahead in the TikTok commerce space.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing affiliate or influencer programs on TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, creator ecosystems, and commerce features.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in startup or agency environments is a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace and Affiliate Center.
  • Background in digital marketing or paid social strategies.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce tools.
