Role Description You will help transform how marketing campaigns are executed by designing scalable systems, workflows, and processes that improve speed, quality, and efficiency across the organization. This role sits within the Campaign Operations team and partners closely with Revenue Marketing, Channel Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution. You will play a key role in advancing Avalara’s self-service campaign model by enabling teams to move faster while maintaining strong operational standards. This role reports into Manager, Campaign Orchestration and supports global marketing initiatives. ***ONLY CVS IN ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED*** This position is also open to people with disabilities (PcD), in accordance with Law No. 8.213/91. #LI-Remote Responsibilities - Design and optimize campaign workflows using tools like Workfront and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work and improve execution speed. - Lead campaign governance and QA efforts, ensuring campaigns meet quality, tracking, and readiness standards before launch. - Partner with stakeholders to align on timelines, manage dependencies, and provide visibility into campaign progress. - Create documentation and training to enable teams to independently execute campaigns within a scalable, standardized framework. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, project management, or a related field. - Experience designing or managing end-to-end campaign workflows and processes. - Experience with Workfront or comparable project or workflow management tools. - Experience building or scaling campaign operations systems, frameworks, or automation solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking mindset. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams. - Experience using AI and AI-related technologies.
