Partner Enablement Manager
Netomi
• Design and orchestrate end-to-end training and certification programs for partners • Deliver engaging enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs • Build scalable curricula that drive partner proficiency in Netomi’s CX and AI platform • Continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance gaps • Drive awareness and adoption within top-tier partners • Ensure Netomi is top-of-mind and embedded (“sticky”) within partner teams • Facilitate pilot programs and support early-stage deployments with partners • Act as a key connector between partners and internal teams • Clearly communicate the economic value and ROI of Netomi solutions to partners • Help structure and promote certifications, incentives, and growth pathways • Support partner-led opportunities across strategic accounts • Own program operations including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and certification progress • Navigate complex organizations and internal stakeholders to drive execution • Identify enablement gaps and proactively implement solutions • Work through ambiguity and remove friction to keep programs moving forward
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in enablement, training, partner programs, or consulting
- Proven experience leading or supporting training, certification, or onboarding programs
- Experience working with or alongside consulting firms or system integrators preferred
- Strong program management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
