Enterprise Delivery Manager
Perseus Group, Constellation Software
• Own enterprise release calendars and production readiness • Coordinate deployments across internal and client teams • Ensure client owned prerequisites are completed before work proceeds • Lead requirements gathering and clarification; define acceptance criteria and actionable work items • Lead client process and operational change • Triage issues to SMEs and communicate findings in business ready language (no troubleshooting) • Track risks, issues, and escalations to closure using structured updates and follow through • Maintain awareness of client environments, dependencies, and migration timelines • Prevent unauthorized or premature changes that impact stability • Partner across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services • Improve enterprise delivery operating models and frameworks • Identify and support expansion opportunities by linking delivery outcomes to client value • Partner with the Director on positioning, scope, and pricing discussions
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise delivery/project coordination/BA/TAM, coordinating engineering/product and enterprise clients
- Working knowledge of SaaS delivery and system dependencies
- Comfort with APIs/integrations/data workflows (no hands on troubleshooting)
- Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management
- Ability to lead change and influence without authority.
