• Deliver well-structured UX and UI solutions for internal tools used by employees in their daily activities (Customer support, Marketing, People, Sales, etc.). • Collaborate closely with other designers (sr., mid., jr.), product managers, analysts, and engineers across different industries (pharma, telco, banking, insurance, food, energy, etc), ensuring design decisions align with user needs, business goals, and product constraints. • Work with growing autonomy, executing design tasks of medium complexity and progressively taking ownership of complete workflows.
Job Requirements
- Ability to design clear user flows, information architecture and interaction patterns for medium-complexity features.
- Strong attention to detail in interface design, typography, spacing, hierarchy and visual consistency.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes to test concepts, validate flows and communicate design solutions, as well as ability to conduct user interviews with feedback analysis.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Ability to translate product requirements and business objectives into structured design solutions.
- Ability to incorporate insights from user research, benchmarks, analytics or usability testing into design decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma and prototyping tools to produce high-quality deliverables efficiently.
- Demonstrates curiosity and growing knowledge in AI-driven tools and workflows, leveraging AI for research, ideation, prototyping, content generation or productivity improvements.
- Clearly articulates design rationale, decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders and team members.
- Works effectively with product managers, analysts, engineers and other designers to deliver solutions.
- Demonstrates reliability in delivering outcomes and taking responsibility for assigned product areas.
- Proactively identifies problems, explores solutions and seeks alignment with team goals.
- Shows curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, methods and technologies (including AI).
- Actively participates in design critiques and incorporates feedback constructively.
