Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – AIVM Blockchain - Americas Location: Remote (Global) Position Type: Full-Time Reports To: ChainGPT Holding / Board Project: AIVM – AI-Native Layer-1 Blockchain About ChainGPT ChainGPT is a dynamic blockchain and AI company that prioritizes innovation, transparency, and meaningful impact. Our culture empowers exceptional, self-driven individuals to act decisively, leverage advanced AI tools, and consistently deliver value-driven outcomes. We foster an open, collaborative environment where creative thinking thrives, enabling every team member to take ownership and contribute meaningfully to our ambitious future. About AIVM AIVM is an AI-native Layer-1 blockchain designed to power the next generation of decentralized AI infrastructure, agents, and compute markets. Built at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and real economic utility, AIVM aims to become the foundational execution and settlement layer for AI workloads in Web3. Backed and incubated by ChainGPT, AIVM is entering a critical phase: transitioning from a technically strong vision into a globally adopted, revenue-generating blockchain ecosystem. We are now seeking a CEO who will become the face, operator, and long-term leader of AIVM. The Role We are looking for a high-credibility Web3 CEO with a proven track record of leading blockchain or infrastructure-scale crypto projects. This is not a ceremonial role. You will: - Own the vision, execution, and commercial success of AIVM - Lead VC fundraising and strategic partnerships - Drive product direction, ecosystem growth, and adoption - Build, manage, and inspire a world-class cross-functional team - Represent AIVM publicly as the trusted face of the blockchain Your background, reputation, and execution ability should be strong enough that VCs gain confidence in AIVM simply by backing you. Product & Technology Leadership - Co-lead product strategy and roadmap alongside the Product Owner / Head of Product - Ensure strong alignment between technology, market needs, and monetization - Guide decisions around: - Validator economics & token design - SDKs, APIs, AI agent infrastructure - Developer experience & tooling - Ensure the blockchain evolves toward real usage, not just technical elegance (You are not expected to code, but must deeply understand blockchain architecture, incentives, and trade-offs.) 4. Ecosystem Growth, Adoption & Revenue - Drive real adoption: developers, validators, AI builders, enterprises - Ensure AIVM becomes a used blockchain, not just a speculative asset - Lead strategies for: - Developer onboarding & grants - Strategic integrations & partnerships - Enterprise or protocol-level adoption - Own revenue generation models (fees, infrastructure services, enterprise usage, etc.) 5. Marketing, Narrative & Public Presence - Act as the public face of AIVM - Lead the market narrative around AI x Blockchain - Work closely with marketing and community teams to: - Shape positioning and messaging - Appear in AMAs, panels, interviews, and conferences - Build long-term trust with the ecosystem and investors - Establish AIVM as a credible, serious infrastructure project 6. Team Building & Company Operations - Build, scale, and lead a high-performance global team - Hire and manage senior leaders across: - Engineering - Product - Marketing - BD / Partnerships - Operations - Establish execution discipline, accountability, and clear ownership - Create a culture of speed, trust, and excellence
