Job Requirements

  • Native-level **English and Romanian** (speaking & writing)
  • Basic **Russian is a plus**

  • Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented
  • Great at multitasking, staying calm under pressure
  • Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service mindset
  • Experience in customer support or education is a bonus — but your attitude and skills matter most.
