Sales Development Representative, B2B Online Marketing

• Cold calling (using direct phone numbers of decision-makers) • Conducting discovery calls • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients • Preparing marketing analyses • Ongoing training in IT marketing and sales

Job Requirements

  • Ideally formal training or background in sales
  • Motivation, discipline, and patience
  • Reliable and organized working style, proactive mindset
  • Openness, sociability, and strong communication skills with customers and within the team
  • Ability to think from the perspective of target-group insights and to understand complex IT products
  • Basic understanding of digital workflows and remote working practices
  • German at C2 or native level, English at business level
