Senior/Lead QA Analyst

• Define and drive the overall QA strategy • Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for major releases • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria • Build tools and processes for cross-browser, cross-device testing • Mentor other QA engineers/analysts

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in QA/software testing
  • Proven track record of building and scaling test automation frameworks
  • Strong experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines
  • Familiarity with Web3 technologies: smart contracts, wallets
  • Experience testing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
  • Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
