Role Description We are seeking a detail-obsessed Quality Assurance Specialist to maintain and optimize the standard of excellence across all deliverables in our fast-paced digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate is a "systems thinker" who loves reviewing technical details, catching errors before they reach the client, and ensuring that our remote team produces high-quality work that aligns with project requirements. Digital Marketing Agency experience is a plus. What you’ll be doing: - Deliverable Review: Conduct thorough quality checks on all agency output, including websites, content, social media posts, and SEO deliverables. - Standards Implementation: Build and refine QA checklists and flow charts to ensure every asset meets brand guidelines and technical specifications. - Feedback Documentation: Draft, update, and organize feedback reports to ensure a "single source of truth" regarding quality standards and required revisions. - Accountability Tracking: Monitor project boards daily to identify items ready for review and coordinate with team members to resolve quality bottlenecks. - Reporting: Generate weekly quality health reports for leadership to identify recurring errors and areas for team training. - Compliance Support: Handle the technical side of final approvals, ensuring all assets are correctly formatted and meet specific client expectations before launch. - Communication Coordination: Assist in organizing daily stand-ups and ensuring quality-related feedback is documented and accessible across different time zones. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Project Management role. - Strong expertise in Zoho or similar project management systems (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.). - Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience in quality control and process standardization. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify quality gaps and implement effective solutions. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate teams. - Experience working in digital marketing agencies is required. - US experience is required. • Participate in all stages of the SDLC to ensure product quality and release readiness • Review product and technical requirements to develop effective test strategies and coverage • Design, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and exploratory testing strategies across web, mobile, API, and backend systems • Conduct regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for critical player-facing features • Identify, document, track, and help troubleshoot defects through resolution • Assess release risk and provide QA recommendations for complex features and customer journeys • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to identify risks early and improve quality throughout development • Use tools such as Postman, Swagger, DevTools, Charles Proxy, Proxyman, and emulators to validate functionality and investigate issues • Validate backend integrations and data consistency using SQL queries and debugging tools • Use AI-assisted tools to improve test coverage, accelerate defect investigation, and increase QA efficiency • Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers on testing best practices and debugging techniques • Take ownership of testing strategy and execution for complex features and initiatives • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tooling, and test coverage

• Lead the quality strategy, standards, and execution across the Evoke product engineering organization • Raise the bar on software quality and drive the evolution of test automation practices • Serve as the accountable owner for release readiness and production sign-off • Lead a team of three responsible for functional, regression, and performance testing • Work closely with Product Engineering development teams and partner with Customer Service and Operations during production issue response

• Design and execute performance, load, stress, spike, and endurance testing strategies using LoadRunner • Analyze system behavior under load and identify performance bottlenecks across application and infrastructure layers • Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios • Use Python for automation, test data preparation, result analysis, and tooling development • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to resolve performance issues • Define performance benchmarks, SLAs, and acceptance criteria for system readiness • Analyze and interpret test results, delivering clear and actionable performance reports • Support capacity planning and scalability assessments for production systems • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable • Participate in architecture and design reviews from a performance engineering perspective • Continuously improve performance testing methodologies, tools, and practices
