• Design and execute performance, load, stress, spike, and endurance testing strategies using LoadRunner • Analyze system behavior under load and identify performance bottlenecks across application and infrastructure layers • Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios • Use Python for automation, test data preparation, result analysis, and tooling development • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to resolve performance issues • Define performance benchmarks, SLAs, and acceptance criteria for system readiness • Analyze and interpret test results, delivering clear and actionable performance reports • Support capacity planning and scalability assessments for production systems • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable • Participate in architecture and design reviews from a performance engineering perspective • Continuously improve performance testing methodologies, tools, and practices

• Design, implement, and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure for production environments • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows and modern automation tools • Develop automation and internal tooling using Python and Go • Manage artifact repositories and dependency workflows (e.g., Artifactory or similar solutions) • Support and optimize SQL and/or NoSQL databases in production environments • Implement monitoring, logging, and full-stack observability solutions • Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of distributed systems • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment processes and developer experience • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement initiatives • Contribute to platform architecture decisions and DevOps best practices • Enforce security, access control, and compliance standards across environments

• Security assessment and penetration testing of automotive embedded systems • Digital vehicle security systems (e.g. alarm and control units) • Embedded communication interfaces and gateway devices • Validation of system robustness against potential vulnerabilities

• Support the design, analysis, and implementation of cybersecurity frameworks aligned with EU regulations and certification schemes • Contribute to security evaluations of ICT products and services within frameworks such as Common Criteria and EU cybersecurity certification schemes • Perform risk assessments in line with standards such as ISO/IEC 27005 and contribute to security assurance processes • Provide expertise on EU regulatory landscape, including Cybersecurity Act, NIS2, CRA, DORA, and eIDAS 2.0 • Participate in or lead technical workstreams related to cloud security (EUCS), managed security services (EU MSS), and digital identity frameworks (EUDI Wallet) • Support security assessments related to telecommunications and critical infrastructure (e.g. EU 5G initiatives) • Prepare high-quality technical documentation, reports, and assessments for stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and standardisation groups

• Lead activities related to paint process quotation and acquisition phases for new automotive projects • Perform technical analysis and design reviews of paint processes for new products • Support early development phases in collaboration with plant paint process teams • Coordinate and drive problem-solving activities related to paint technologies • Manage open technical topics and align solutions with plant engineering teams • Lead paint technology discussions and improvements within cross-functional paint groups • Participate in paint technology networks and R&I initiatives to ensure knowledge sharing • Analyze and implement new customer standards and requirements within plant operations • Contribute to the continuous improvement of painting technologies and manufacturing processes

• Development of automotive embedded software in C++14 • Implementation of software components in line with AUTOSAR and MISRA guidelines • Participation in code reviews and version control workflows using Gerrit • Writing and maintaining unit tests using Google Tests • Working with Bazel / Dazel build systems • Collaborating with distributed engineering teams involved in autonomous vehicle software development • Contributing to the overall quality and maintainability of safety-critical software components

• Integrate and configure AUTOSAR Classic Crypto Stack (CSM, CryIf, Crypto Drivers) • Map cryptographic services to AURIX HSM hardware accelerators • Configure and integrate SecOC, E2E protection, secure diagnostics, and secure boot • Develop and integrate HSM firmware on AURIX TC49x/TC46x • Configure secure boot, firmware authentication, secure flashing, and anti-rollback mechanisms • Configure keyslots, key wrapping, key derivation, and secure NVM storage • Configure and optimize hardware crypto accelerators (AES, CMAC, GMAC, ECC, SHA) • Develop embedded C software following MISRA guidelines • Integrate MCAL drivers and HSM access mechanisms in multi-core TriCore architecture • Perform timing analysis and optimize crypto job scheduling under real-time constraints • Troubleshoot HSM communication, memory protection, and access control issues • Support validation of secure boot, SecOC, and HSM functionality • Support penetration testing and remediation of cybersecurity findings • Ensure alignment with ISO 21434 requirements
