• Lead end-to-end Workday project delivery, including implementation planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management • Manage client communications, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and manage detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all Workday-related deliverables • Identify project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively • Coordinate between client teams and internal Workday consultants across functional and technical workstreams • Support post-deployment transition, knowledge transfer, and client stabilization • Ensure documentation and project artifacts meet compliance and quality standards • Lead internal and client-facing change management and process improvement initiatives • Collaborate across teams in the U.S. and India to support a seamless onshore-offshore delivery model

• The Director of Project Management is accountable for the successful rollout of internal structure and processes across Underscore Marketing. • This role includes developing comprehensive training materials and leading an end‑to‑end organizational rollout plan. • The Director will partner closely with Business Unit leadership teams to drive change management and communications, ensuring organizational readiness and seamless integration. • Own Underscore’s Project Management strategy and delivery standards, ensuring portfolio level alignment with business priorities, measurable benchmarks and its success. • Provide executive oversight across brands within their portfolio that includes monitoring and balancing scopes, budgets, timelines, MLR requirement, while developing high-performing teams and driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and success. • Set clear standards for delivery excellence, including governance, risk management, escalation paths, and decision-making frameworks. • Define, standardize, and continuously improve Project Management frameworks, tools, and workflows across the organization. • Establish governance models, reporting standards, and status cadences for internal and client stakeholders. • Partner with Finance and Client Service leadership on estimating/scoping, SOW development, forecasting, reconciliation and resource planning. • Own end-to-end delivery across multiple pharmaceutical accounts, maintaining alignment to defined scopes, schedules, budgets, and quality. • Direct complex, multi‑workstream programs from planning through launch, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal requirements and adherence to Underscore processes. • Proactively identify delivery risks and lead mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and quality. • Lead internal system and process rollouts, including development of training materials and execution of full plan rollout.

Proactively engage with project funding organizations to assure proper funding is available for projects and assure budget information is managed and reported in accordance with Lumos methodologies. • Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external agencies. • Implement project reviews and quality assurance procedures in accordance with Lumos methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of projects as measured by organizational goals and customer satisfaction. • Identify and manage project issues across multiple projects. • Management client and third-party engagements as required by project demands and needs. • Assure that new projects are deployed according to standards while minimizing cost.
