Senior Project Manager

Acronis

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data center and network projects, defining scope, timelines, and success criteria • Drive coordinated execution across engineering, network, operations, facilities, finance, and vendors • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests proactively • Conduct feasibility assessments, requirements gathering, and resource planning • Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and documentation • Deliver clear status reporting, dashboards, and metrics with visibility into progress and blockers • Oversee budgets, forecasts, spending, and vendor evaluation and delivery oversight • Improve project workflows, templates, and reporting practices across DCO

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading technical or operational projects, managing multiple initiatives independently
  • Strong command of project management methodologies and full delivery lifecycle
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross ‑ functional collaboration skills
  • Background in data centers, networking, cloud services, disaster recovery, or infrastructure environments
  • Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor oversight
  • Hands ‑ on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Planner, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Ability to work with dashboards, KPIs, and structured reporting
  • Proficiency with GenAI tools to increase efficiency and project visibility
  • Professional ‑ level English and strong communication skills
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
