We need someone who is just as comfortable creating short and long-form video as they are designing static assets. We’re also looking for someone who wants to raise the standard of creative across the business not just maintain it. Qualifications - Strong experience in digital design across multiple formats - A portfolio that shows clean, modern, high-quality work - Proven experience with video and motion (this is essential) - Confidence working within brand guidelines while still being creative - A good sense of what works on social and in marketing more broadly Requirements - Designing creative for social, campaigns, email, web and sales materials - Creating short and long-form video content, animations and motion graphics - Adapting creative for different platforms and formats without losing quality - Working from briefs and turning them into clear, effective design - Collaborating with marketing, content and social teams on campaigns - Making sure everything we produce feels consistent, considered and on-brand - Continuously improving output: better ideas, better execution, better results Benefits - Notices the small details others miss - Takes pride in producing high-quality work - Is proactive and doesn’t wait for perfect briefs - Is open to feedback and uses it to improve - Can work at pace without cutting corners - Enjoys collaborating and sharing ideas Why this role matters Creative is a big part of how we communicate with schools and education professionals. This role will play a key part in making sure everything we put out from social posts to campaigns feels engaging, clear and high quality.
