Role Description You'll own field marketing across one of Lighthouse's most diverse and high-potential regions. Events are our top revenue-driving channel in APAC — and you're the one making them count, from strategy through to execution. You carry the marketing plan for the region, you make the calls, and you're accountable to pipeline outcomes. You'll be the go-to marketing reference for APAC — working directly with regional sales leadership, making decisions independently, and communicating with senior stakeholders across the business. This is a role with real weight and real visibility. APAC is not one market — it's many. Cultural understanding, strong local relationships, and the ability to adapt market by market are as important as your marketing toolkit. In this role, that means leveraging AI across every part of your work — from event planning and content creation to pipeline reporting and ROI analysis — to move faster, work smarter, and demonstrate the real commercial contribution of marketing to the business. What you will do - Own the event calendar. - Partner with the regional sales team and your APAC field marketing colleague to plan and execute 100+ events across the region. - Lead the strategic planning of the APAC event programme. - Identify and develop partnerships with key industry players. - Be the connective tissue between the APAC sales team and the global marketing organisation. - Track, measure, and report on every field marketing activity. - Leverage AI tools to work smarter across planning, content creation, and reporting. Qualifications - 6+ years in field marketing or event management. - Experience owning events end-to-end — strategy, execution, budget, measurement. - Ability to operate autonomously. - Organised, accountable, and comfortable under pressure. - Background in hospitality tech, travel tech, or SaaS is a strong plus. - Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. - Understanding of APAC as a collection of distinct markets. - Curiosity and ability to leverage AI as a productivity lever.
