Job Description

Senior Manager, Endpoint – Trusted Environments

Circle

• Serve as the primary security owner for Circle's key leadership stakeholders • Partner with the Physical Security team to ensure cohesive protection • Architect and operate security controls for systems supporting Circle’s infrastructure • Own Circle's endpoint and mobile security program end-to-end • Engage directly with stakeholders across all levels of the organization • Travel to Circle's key office and locations as needed • Develop and execute a roadmap for continuous improvement of security capabilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security controls meet requirements • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of security engineers

Job Requirements

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience owning and operating an enterprise endpoint and mobile security program
  • Experience securing physical office and co-location environments
  • Familiarity with the security requirements unique to digital asset environments
  • Adept at conducting risk assessments across both physical and logical security domains
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
  • Self-motivated and creative problem-solver able to work independently
  • Experience working in financial services, digital asset management, or financial technology
  • In-depth knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
